About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Easydone (“we”, “us”) for using Easydone Studio (“Studio”), including the app at app.easydone.studio and the websites Studio hosts for you. “You” means the business that holds the Studio account, and anyone using the account for it.
By creating an account or using Studio, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you accept them for a business, you confirm you’re allowed to. You must be 18 or older.
Plans and prices
- Studio has a Free plan and paid plans. Our Pricing page shows what each plan includes and costs.
- Paid prices are in Australian dollars, per business, per month, and exclude GST. GST is added.
- Domain registration and advertising spend are separate from your plan.
- AI generation is subject to plan usage limits. Plans don’t include unlimited image or video generation.
- A feature described as planned isn’t part of your plan until it’s available.
Paying
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe until you cancel. If a payment fails and isn’t fixed, we may move your account to the Free plan or pause it. We may change our prices, and we’ll email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
Cancelling
To cancel a paid plan, use Manage billing in Studio or email us. On the Free plan, the account owner can close the account at any time from Business account in Studio; for a paid plan, we close it for you once billing is settled.
Closing takes your websites offline and signs everyone out. We keep your information in case you come back, unless you ask us to delete it.
We don’t refund part months, except where the law requires it.
Your content
- Your content stays yours: your words, photos, logos, business details and anything else you add.
- You let us store, copy, adapt, display and publish it as needed to run Studio for you, including sending it to the services named in our privacy policy.
- You’re responsible for having the rights to what you add, and for it being accurate. Reviews and testimonials must be real.
- Your website is public once it’s published, so check it before you publish.
AI-made content
Studio uses AI to write text and make images and video. AI can get things wrong, and can make something that looks like other people’s work. Check AI-made content before you publish it: you’re responsible for what goes out under your business’s name.
Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and answers. Studio improves your chances; it can’t guarantee them.
Your visitors and customers
- Studio collects enquiries, bookings and email subscribers for you. You decide how that information is used, and you must handle it lawfully.
- You’re responsible for telling your visitors how you handle their information, for example with a privacy policy on your website.
- Only email people who have agreed to hear from you, and keep a record of how and when they agreed. Every marketing email must let people unsubscribe.
Using Studio fairly
Don’t use Studio to:
- break the law, or publish anything false, misleading, defamatory or offensive
- use other people’s work, names or brands without permission
- send spam or unwanted messages
- upload malware, or try to break into, overload or copy Studio
- resell Studio, or give access to people outside your business, without our agreement
If you do, we may remove the content, or pause or close your account. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
Other services
Studio works with other services, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, Microsoft, Stripe and your domain provider. Their own terms apply when you use them. We’re not responsible for their decisions, changes or outages, such as a platform rejecting a post or changing what it allows.
Keeping Studio running
We work to keep Studio available and your information safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change and improve Studio over time. If we remove a main feature of a paid plan, we’ll tell you first.
Our software
Studio and its software, templates and designs belong to us or the people we license them from. While you use Studio, you may use them for your business’s website and marketing. These terms don’t transfer them to you.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t be excluded. Where the law lets us limit what we must do if we fail a consumer guarantee, we’ll either supply the service again or pay the cost of having it supplied again.
Limits on our responsibility
As far as the law allows:
- we aren’t responsible for lost profits or revenue, harm to your reputation, or any other indirect or consequential loss
- our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us for Studio in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 Australian dollars, whichever is more
You’re responsible for claims made against us because of content you publish or because you broke these terms, except to the extent we caused them.
Ending or changing these terms
You can stop using Studio at any time. We may pause or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or has unpaid fees. We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll email account owners before it applies. If a change is to your disadvantage, you can cancel before it applies, without penalty. Otherwise, using Studio after that means you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Western Australia, and the courts of Western Australia deal with any dispute. Please talk to us first: most things can be sorted out quickly.
